The Health 776S are a hybrid shoe, halfway between racing and training shoes. They're capable of running as fast as the former but allow you to run at moderate paces for many kilometers with almost as much comfort as the latter. With a medium-to-low profile, a drop of only four millimeters that isn't excessively demanding, they're relatively easy to flex and twist so you're in control at all times. They offer a good base of support, minimal cushioning travel, and weigh a mere 240 grams. Incredibly versatile, they have everything you need to fall in love with them, whether you're running short, fast distances or extending their use with interval training, race-pace runs, and more. Don't be fooled by the plasticky appearance of the upper; it adapts very well to the foot, both when stationary and in motion, breathes well, feels pleasant to the touch, especially on the inside, and is quite durable with continuous use. which you'll surely appreciate in these versatile shoes. The sole and midsole are similar to those of the Health 801S, but they differ in that they lack the 2mm wedge under the heel, reducing the drop to 4mm. The upper is also different; in the Health 776S, it's slightly more fitted, offering a snugger fit.
